It's tough. I had to kick a couple of teenage girls out for being too noisy the other day, and I felt really bad about it. It wasn't that long ago that I was getting kicked out of places myself! Fortunately, they have since returned to the library, and haved stopped being such a nuisance, but they won't look me in the eye anymore.
