We are working really hard to enforce the Library Use Policy with the our patrons at Kearns. It's difficult, especially for the teens who have a

compelling developmental need for talking, laughing, and hanging out with friends, which unfortunately, is in direct opposition with the needs of patrons and staff. As a consequence, this little cowpoke is gently herding some of the teens into the great outdoors and beyond. Ocasionally, the process develops into a conflict, which results in tremendous frustration on the

part of some of the teens (have I mentioned how creative their vocabularies are?) and one very unhappy and discouraged wannabe cowgirl. So, at this point, you might be thinking "that's really sad, but what can I do?" Well, I'm thinking a new pair of cowboy boots might provide just the solace I need. But I'm torn.... as you can see, the brown and pink pair with lovely blue stars are amazing. And the torquoise pair: simply stunning don't you think? Be a friend: help me choose.

I think you should go for the pink!
Them pointy toed boots look perfect for butt kickin'
I am actually having similar problems at my branch. Too much noise, games of tag, races, destruction of property, spit(?) wads the size of Geroge W. Bush's ego...
Best of luck to you. please let me know if the boots do the trick. I'm wearing a Hawaiian shirt today, trying to reclaim the solace of those white, sandy Floridian beaches. Did I mention the lovely key lime shakes at Robert is Here? I could use one of those about now.
Can you buy them both? Maybe for those mix and match weekends?
Get the turquoise because I want the pink!
If it makes you feel better, those teens I had to kick out (see April 7 comment) came back yesterday and apologized to me. They gave me a couple of tulips obviously stolen from someone's yard. And they have been reasonably well-behaved since them. Success!
I have to say i would definitely go for the turquise myself--have the red for a little emphasis--but now the comments seems to have left you in the same quandry you began with no?
I've gotta say that the red/turquoise just don't call to me. Scream, yes, but not call. 'course you like to be noticed in ways I don't. ;-)
The key question is, if you can't buy both, how many outfits can you wear with them?
Well...Yes i could have told you my generations vocabularies are very creative indeed. Espescially out in Kearns, come back....I would have to go with the Turquoise because...because they are sweet lookin. But so are the others.
The pink and brown are soooo you, girlfriend! The stars are the key....
